The monitoring system for the device hand piece allows the operator to work safely. It monitors the movement of the hand piece and prevents prolonged stopping, thereby avoiding harmful exposure of the dermis to the electrical current. A temperature detection system for the epidermis, using infrared pyrometric sensors, allows the operator to assess if the desired effect is being achieved (in terms of temperature increase).
